Anne-Marie was a dear colleague, and friend. We had this relationship which is common to people who spend long hours of work together. We have shared so much of each other's lives. We have spent long hours of the night duty speaking of our children, our worries and hopes. We enjoyed each other's company and respected each other's work. We really did have a lot in common. And yet we saw each other socially only on the occasions of night nurse reunions with the nurses from L'etoile du Matin. I counted Anne-Marie as a friend, and I will miss her. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
