It is with sadness that I learn today that your Father died. I worked with him in HCR during the ‘80’s for several years and he supported me when I was in Rwanda and when I returned. I much appreciated his dedication, his loyalty, his noble character and his wonderful temperament. He was an asset to the Organization and as the years went by, I wished that we had many more persons like your Father. May his soul Rest In Peace and my thoughts are with you and your Mother.
