When I think of Melanie, the first vision that comes to mind is a 12-year old with curly blond hair ringing our door bell to ask if our children wanted to play. She knew we were new in town and wanted to make the kids feel at home. That is Melanie... always wanting to do things for others. I can still see her on the ski slopes... giving it all. Her hair bouncing up and down as she raced down hill. A carefree girl who turned into a beautiful young woman whose life was unfairly cut short. Melanie, you will always be in our hearts.
