Dearest Loutan Family, I was very saddened to hear about Noëlle’s passing last week. I feel privileged to have known her and to have been part of her family. She was always so warm and welcoming as well as so knowledgeable. I will always have fond memories of her playing games with us at Grange-Canal, when I was a child, interesting conversations about India, and her adventures in Sardinia. Most importantly, I will always cherish recalling the close relationship between her, Grandpapa and Mom. My condolences to your entire family. Love, Bindu
