I first met my Aunt Vreni when I was 5 years old in India. Since then, I had the opportunity of spending Christmas with her and Charlie at the Port Noir in Geneve. I was also blessed to spend a summer with her in 1975 and vacationed with her in Toronto several times when she visited my family in Toronto, Canada. I am the daughter of Martin and Winifred Koneri. Aunt Vreni is one of the most generous people I have ever met. She introduced me to so many wonderful experiences. The most memorable is waking up with her in the morning and seeing snow for the first time in my life. I hugged her so hard and she told me about his memory many times as I grew older. Aunt Vreni loved with her whole heart. She never held anything back. Heaven is a better place because she is there.
